Costa Rica Sportfishing Ranks in the top 10

They, along with sail fish, tuna, dorado, wahoo and rooster fish (to name a few), take advantage of the underwater continental shelf that forces up welling and thus the smaller bait fish to the surface. Naturally, predators follow.
