How the World's Wealthiest 5% Invest for Success

Louis Petrossi

Our mission is to help people accumulate and keep wealth in an uncertain global economy. We look at and analyze hundreds of investments to find the select few that have a high degree of probability for success and preservation of invested capital, and that also have the potential to multiply wealth in 6-30 months.

We have found a niche market that has no stock market risk, and has made fortunes for savvy investors for decades. The wealthiest 5% in the world invest in businesses that have high profit margins, and therefor pay above-average business income returns. These investments are made in private companies that have a proven track record of being recession-resistant, able to raise prices when inflation comes, and maintain high profit margins in all economic cycles.

Unlike a dividend, which is a return based on after-tax income, the return received by investors in these businesses is a preferred return off gross revenues. That's a world of difference in cash flow returns

For example, a 7.5% corporate dividend is paid on net profits, after corporate taxes.  That same 7.5% paid on gross revenues instead of net, after-tax profits can yield up to a 50% or more annual return from cash-flow businesses.  That is why royalties paid on gross revenues yield much higher -- and safer -- returns, because investors make a profit on every dollar of revenue the business earns.  At a 50% rate of return, for example, investors would double their money approximately every two years, without having to deal with stock market uncertainty.

We look for these businesses in sectors where companies enjoy a 98% success rate and recommend the ones with the best management teams.
